Project Manager - Controls Services

As Project Manager Controls Services you are responsible for a project portfolio delivering services for the Production Control System of TechnipFMC delivered Subsea System.

You are responsible for the execution of all work related to dedicated project scope. This includes preparations and execution of onshore & offshore operations performed by TechnipFMC and Subcontractors. The services includes commissioning of subsea controls systems to new fields, modification and upgrade of existing fields and other services to production systems in operation. You will also be a key contributor in developing our service offerings within the Controls segment.

You will be a trusted leader of a multidiscipline project team, securing your results through great teamwork with a strong focus on HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery. You are single point of contact with the Client for assigned scope and Purchase Orders.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the day to day operations of your Project Team such as:
- The overall financials within the project, maximizing gross margin without compromising on HSE or Quality
- Cost control and corrective actions if required
- Proactively contribute to inbound sales and actively identify opportunities in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Ensure that all activities are planned, managed and coordinated in accordance with contract documents, client call-Off, TFMC specifications, procedures and processes
- Coordinate and optimize project efficiency, reporting, forecast and quotation
- Manage and motivate project team members
- Further develop the services within the controls segment to optimize the delivery for our customers
- Contribute to the overall deliveries within Wocs & Controls Services

You are meant for this job if you have

- Relevant MSc degree or Bachelor degree with relevant experience
- Experience from project management
- Knowledge of Control systems, hydraulic and/or electrical systems or equivalent
- Commercial understanding and mindset
- The ability to prioritize and execute tasks systematically
- Commitment to deliver through team collaboration
- A drive for continuously raising standards, are innovative and solution-oriented
- Motivation for developing the controls service further
- Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
