Switchr is a startup in the solar power industry with a different touch. While solar power parks normally are reserved for big business or big money, our goal is to enpower individuals to drive the change to green energy by investing in Switchr solar parks.

Our customers contribute to making more of the world’s increasing energy consumption sustainable, while earning a profit from their investment.

The Switchr team consists of a marketing team, and experts within the solar industry and finance. Now we are growing our marketing efforts by hiring an E-commerce Manager. Knowledge about the solar industry is not needed, but curiousity appreciated.

As Switchr is a startup we are still a small team that we wish to expand with coworkers that are driven and contribute where it is needed, even if it is out of your field of expertise, responsibilities or level of experience.

Our marketing team is skilled within design and content production. You will complete their competence with your data driven approach, analytical abilities and technical knowhow. Your overall focus will be CRO – Conversion Rate Optimization, and your goal to grow our market.

 

Typical tasks:

  • Analytics and optimization of our web and campaigns together with the marketing team.
  • Launch and monitor marketing campaigns.
  • Maintenance and overall responsibility for our web platform, including our e-commerce solutions, backend, user panels, landing pages and more.       
  • Procurement and day to day follow up with external development vendors and partners
  • Customer relations


Key competences:

  • Performance marketing skills
  • UX/customer journey/consumer behavior/e-commerce
  • Analytics (GA, Hotjar etc.) and tracking of SoMe activities.
  • Understanding of web platforms and development.

Our office occupies the guard house at Kongsvinger Fortress with amazing views of the town and the valley below. You can live elsewhere and work remotely, but you need to be able to travel to Kongsvinger every now and then.

Switchr is open to all applicants and fluency in Norwegian is not necessary. 

You do not have to fullfill all the bulletpoints above. Willingness to learn is far more important. We like to hire for attitude and train for skills.
