At all times be updated on rules and legislations regarding payroll and travel reimbursements
Verify that all variable payments and time writing is correct and approved in the system before transferred to salary
Support and training in payroll systems, timewriting and travel expense
Approval and verification of all expenses
Reconcile payroll accounts towards accounting (SAP)
Train new employees, verify system updates from vendor, inform users about system/legal changes
Ad-hoc support for end user on all related HR systems
Qualification Requirements
Relevant Bachelor degree
3-5 years experience within HR
Excellent understanding of relevant rules, laws and legislations regards salary, and travel reimbursements
Good understanding of Tariff agreement
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Analytical abilities
Fluent in Norwegian and English
