We are searching for a Software Test & Support Engineer

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Test and give user support on the Eltek monitoring software tool, Multisite Monitor (MSM)
• Help customers and Eltek offices around the world to install Eltek client/server applications
• Customer support and keep track of support cases
• Provide Eltek MSM software and network support to the customer
• Eltek MSM installation, troubleshooting on the customer server/network
• Provide Eltek MSM software training to customer
• Monitor debugging process results and investigated causes of non-conforming software
• Execute test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
• Software testing: planning, test case writing and test run execution
• Co-ordinate with Developers, in support of software testing and development activities
• Attend daily scrum meetings

Professional and technical skills

• Bachelor Computer Science or other relevant technical education. Working experience may compensate for formal education
• 1+ years of relevant experience from similar or other relevant positions
• Beneficial with knowledge, but not mandatory in: Windows Server, VMware, Azure Cloud, Microsoft SQL database & clustering, TCP/IP network fundamentals, DNS server, Jenkins, Wireshark, Selenium Web Driver
