Senior Credit Risk Analyst NAM Cards

We are present in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark and have 450 dedicated employees. We are now looking for a  Senior Credit Risk Analyst NAM Cards to join the team.

What you'll be doing

• Drive the development of credit risk underwriting strategies for Entercard?s credit card portfolios
• Perform analysis using industry-leading methods and applying a ?test-and-learn? approach.
• Ensure that EnterCard Credit Risk Cards New Account Management strategy development accounts for a range of considerations, including financial impact; financial impact in stressed scenarios; EnterCard?s reputational risk; impact on the customer; fulfillment of our responsibilities as responsible lenders.
• Liaise with the Decision Science team on new Cards New Account Management scorecard builds and on the monitoring & regular validation of existing Cards New Account Management scorecards.  Raise any risks or issues relating to the fitness for use or accuracy of Cards New Account Management scorecards.
• Coordinate the execution of analytical tasks. Ensure that stakeholder expectations are managed with respect to expected timelines and limitations. Proactively resolve obstacles as they arise, escalating as appropriate. Oversee analytical methods applied and secure consistently high quality outputs.
• Take the lead on monitoring the performance of Credit Risk New Account and Portfolio Management strategies on an ongoing basis. Ensure that regular commentary and insights are provided to stakeholders on performance against expectations, trends and emerging risks/opportunities.
• Maintain an awareness regarding market developments related to the Credit Risk department; including macro trends & risks; availability of analytical tools; regulatory changes; data availability; and changes in the competitor landscape. Contribute to maintaining a medium-long-term plan for the Credit Risk team that enables adaptation to a changing environment.
