As our business developer, you will work closely with decision makers in the company. You will plan and lead corporate projects, which means you will be working across our brands, markets and sales channels. The projects you lead, will be related to process improvements and implementation of digital solutions.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Plan and manage improvements projects, e.g. help identify and implement new work processes and associated digital solutions
- Manage strategy and business development projects to help realising company goals
- Be an active contributor and sparring partner for corporate management in improvement efforts, especially focusing on the digital transformation
- Stay up to date on market and technological trends. Proactively suggest actions to help improve efficiency and/or profitability
- Help identify, assess and develop business opportunities, and suggest actions to take advantage of these opportunities to create growth and development.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Very good Norwegian and English language skills, both verbally and written.
- Masters degree in business administration, mathematics, technolog, or engineering
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and economical understanding
- Structured and quality conscious
- Proactive with great work capacity
- Solution oriented and good at breaking down complex issues
- Curious about market and technological trends
