We are looking for a Customer Experience Department Manager to elevate our Customer Care teams and deliver World Class Service to our clients, helping them re-imagine and capture new digital opportunities with cutting-edge technology.
As our Customer Experience Department Manager you will lead daily operations of the department to ensure excellent customer support within SLA requirements. As a manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of team members. You will also report on key performance indicators and implement improvements of the customer journey.

Qualifications:
We believe that our new Customer Experience Department Manager, identify with the following qualifications:
- IT industry experience
- HR management experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Higher education in IT/HR/Management
