We are looking for a Training and Staff Development Administrator to elevate our Customer Care team members and help us deliver World Class Service, a consistent outstanding customer experience that makes a lasting impression.

As our Training and Staff Development Administrator you will be responsible for presenting new topics and online training material to develop the competence of employees across all Customer Care departments. You will create and plan training programs for Cegal Service Desk personnel and develop, administer and evaluate e-learning courses. You will also be part of the on-boarding of new personnel process in all Customer Care departments, and following up on trainees.

Qualifications:

We believe that our new Training and Staff Development Administrator, identify with the following qualifications:

  • Good IT industry knowledge 
  • E-learning software competence
  • HR management experience
  • Employee training experience

About the hiring process:
