We have an exciting portfolio of development projects ahead of us and are currently looking for employees to join us on this journey. 

 

We want to strengthen the team with a Performance Analyst, responsible for supporting the Aker BP projects and management in driving continuously improved performance in our project deliveries.  

 

In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and visualising performance in the project portfolio, own and develop the Performance Management framework in the Business Unit, as well as conducting general performance management activities in the Projects Business Unit. 

 

Typical work tasks will be: 

  • Maintain and update Performance Management tools and reports and actively drive continuous improvement of these  

  • Work together with management team in defining KPIs and relevant reporting 

  • Facilitate Performance Management meetings and processes  

  • Work together with relevant functions (e.g. IT, Finance) in the development and collection of performance data 

  • Develop reports/visualisations that facilitate effective communication and increased understanding of our performance within the organisation and the relevant management and stakeholders 

  • Link Performance Management with our improvement agenda to ensure optimal business impact 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field or substantial relevant professional experience 

  • Hands-on experience with the use of Business Intelligence tools for analyses, modelling, and visualisation/presentation in support of decision making (in particular Power BI) 

  • Strong digital capabilities and a good understanding of data management and modelling 

  • Sound financial and commercial understanding, paired with good ability to extract insights and guide management and decision-makers 

  • Knowledge of oil & gas project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle may be advantageous 

  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English
