In the role of Change Management Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adaption, usage, and organisational readiness. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisation structures. You will also support improvement strategy and business case development.  

Typical work tasks will be: 

• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress 

• Coach, engage, and support relevant stakeholders in the organisation exposed to change  

• Identify and analyse risks related to change initiatives and contribute to risk mitigation  

• Create actionable deliverables to support change management efforts  

• Support solution development and definition of roles and responsibilities   

• Integrate change management activities into the project plan   

• Manage the change portfolio  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field (for example, but not limited to, engineering or business) or substantial relevant professional experience) 

• Minimum 7 years professional experience 

• Preferably at least 2 years professional experience related to change management 

• Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts 

• Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 

• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools 

• Knowledge of oil & gas project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle may be advantageous
