In the role of Senior Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and developing project benchmarking in the company. 

 

Typical work tasks will be: 

  • Be Company’s Subject Matter Expert within benchmarking 

  • Develop benchmarking processes, methods and tools 

  • Deliver project benchmarks at decision gates.  

  • Develop metrics and analytics within “Corporate Memory” as well as FERM (platform for modification projects) 

  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on designing the processes  

  • Responsible for data collection at various decision gates and as required to support project services tools and benchmarks in general. Act as focal point in terms of data collection requested by external sources like performance forum 

  • Establish guide, best practices, and procedures for the data collection and benchmarking process. Liaise and collaborate with the alliance to secure fit for purpose benchmark analytics aligned to corporate memory 

  • Ensure compliance to ISO-190008 cost code structure in terms of definition of products, scope elements, owners cost, etc. 

  • Participate and represent Aker BP in discipline arenas (e.g. Performance forum) 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s- or master’s degree or equivalent 

  • Minimum 5 years experience from complex development and construction projects 

  • Significant experience from oil and gas sectors, this can range from project management, supply chain to engineering 

  • Experienced user of Power BI: report designing, data modelling, as well as visualisations 

  • In-depth knowledge of estimating processes within the oil & sector: methodologies, metrics, and latest trends 

  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle and relevant processes: lean and agile.   

  • Ability to structure and analyse fast high multidimensional data
