Reward Partner Norway 

Big things are happening in our People Experience & Culture organization and right now, we are looking for a new colleague to our Global Total Reward Team. This is a great opportunity to work with local reward agenda in Norway and global reward processes and strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  

Your next opportunity? 

As Reward Partner, you will lead and ensure that the design of common reward concepts are anchored in local requirement to further drive our people’s performance and engagement. You will partner both with local Head of HR and the local People organization and with reward colleagues in our other countries to drive and support the reward agenda and local implementation.

You will be working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues in our People organisation to ensure quality and alignment with business needs and that leaders and employees are trained and supported along the way. You will ensure that the remuneration components are in place and aligned with local market practice and you will support business to be compliant in all Reward offerings, using the common tools, methods and ways of working decided upon.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to: 

  • Leading implementation and drive reward processes with local organization 
  • Create and shape local and global reward framework within area of responsibility
  • Hands-on support and decision maker in Total Reward together with local HR 
  • Salary reviews, equal pay, variable pay plans, pension and benefits
  • Job architecture/mapping, internal and external remuneration benchmark data

As we are in the middle of our change journey within People Experience & Culture, you will also get the opportunity to contribute in developing our new way of working and future reward experience.  

You will be part of a passionate global reward team spread across the Nordics and Baltics and at the same time be part of a highly skilled and ambitious local HR team.  

This role is located in Oslo and reports to Head of Total Rewards based in Stockholm. 

Who are you? 

To be successful in this role you have a desire to challenge the business and look into new opportunities, trends and analytics to continuously find ways to improve. You know how to connect business needs with HR interventions. You are analytical, conceptual and strategic and have the ability to lead the transition from analysis to implementation. You are a clear communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence the organisation and key stakeholders. You have a passion for what you do.

Your experience: 

  • Reward experience as Compensation & Benefits specialist/manager, project manager, specialist or consultant in a dynamic and multi-cultural organization 
  • Experience in providing analytics, advice and solutions in the compensation and benefits area 
  • Experience from driving, developing and implementing reward processes and initiatives, preferable in a matrix organisation 
  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field 
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English  
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Experience from working with Workday is preferred but not a requirement
