We are looking to strengthen our team within Surface Production Systems, Cameron Norge AS. Our maintenance team is working with preparation, packing, loading and checkup of equipment for offshore operation.  

Maintenance Supervisor position is based onshore at Mongstad.  

Job Summary: 

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for Cameron’s base at Mongstad, managing 6 persons working at the base, ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands.  

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 

These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the key processes. 

• Review and Plan offshore shipment and preparation of work in conjunction with this. 

• Personnel responsibility  

• Manage Load Out and back load orders 

• Execute and Close-Out Repair Orders 

Additional Responsibilities:  

• Be responsible for improving Maintenance Technicians’ efficiency and productivity. 

• Ensure implementation of the relevant work orders. 

• Lead a continuous improvement culture within the base area. Support continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvements and govern the progress of improvement plans. 

• Ensure adherence to the failure investigation process and schedule resources to perform investigations as required. 

• Implement reliability improvement practices. 

• Encourage reliability improvement feedback from the base.  

• Be responsible for developing the competency for those in the team.  

Competencies: 

• Minimum tree-five years relevant experience. 

• Education in Maintenance / Mechanical / Logistics is desired. 

• Fluent Norwegian and English language qualifications both written and spoken. 

• It is preferred to have Forklift driving licenses(T1-4) for forklift above 10-ton(G4), Overhead crane certification. 

• Knowledge to Cameron equipment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
