Join our Legal Team in Wintershall Dea

• Role according to targets and responsibilities as described in the Performance Management System
• Ensure compliance with Wintershall Dea Management System
• Responsible for providing legal advice to all parts of the Wintershall Dea organization
• Provide legal advice related to the Norwegian regulatory system
• Provide legal advice related to all aspects of petroleum law and contract law
• Review applications, licenses and other joint venture agreements
• Ensure compliance throughout the organization/contribute to the compliance program
• Cooperation and liaising with external lawyers and with the legal department of Wintershall Dea.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Norwegian Law

Experience:

• Preferably 10 years of professional experience as a lawyer/legal counsel
• Experience within the oil & gas business required
• Good understanding of petroleum and contract law required

Language:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
