Job Description 

• Follow-up the Architectural deliveries at fabrication site.
• During construction phase, follow-up Contractor(s) to ensure deliverables in line with scope of work, budget and schedule.
• Continuously be a role model for HSE standards, at all sites
• As part of a construction management team, contribute to decision making, planning, project risk, quality and control activities.
• Follow-up Contractor(s) to ensure deliveries in line with scope of work, budget and schedule. Provide Contractor(s) with input, clarifications and maintain contact as necessary.
• Ensure necessary dialogue with interfacing disciplines and contribute to resolving interface issues.
• Support and follow up Contractor with respect to construction issues and shop engineering.
• During construction, support and take responsibility for decisions within own discipline, ex. inter disciplinary input, handling of site queries (SQs), technical queries (TQs), punch item closure and assistance to site (ATS), as required.
• Establishing and/or follow-up of relevant engineering activities towards other disciplines (multi-discipline areas) and interface parties within the Project Team, Operations and towards Contractor(s).
• Ensure that fabrication documentation/records are issued by Contractor in accordance with requirements.
• Contribute actively towards Contractors timely achievement of system handover
• Ensure experience transfer from similar projects, operations and discipline network.

Qualification Requirements   

• Offshore architect, min 5 years of relevant experience.
