We are looking for a service-minded person with passion for customer service, and who wants to learn more about marketing and real estate. You will answer e-mail, support phone and chat, where you provide good support and customer care to all our customers, both Norwegian and international. You will also receive training in digital marketing in systems such as Facebook Business Manager and Google ads, as well as ensure that the ads are delivered with high quality. Our service desk is open day, evenings and weekends, and the candidate must be positive towards evening shifts.

The immediate tasks for your position are:

• Respond to customer inquiries by e-mail, telephone and chat
• Maintain good response time and ensure satisfied customers
• Assist in solving simple technical inquiries
• Assist with system testing
• Ensure that our ads are delivered with high quality
• Assist the automated ad delivery when required
• Perform quality assurance checks on digital marketing campaigns

Qualities that we look for:

• Previous experience in tech support or digital marketing
• You have some experience with customer service by phone and e-mail
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics
• You communicate well
• You have excellent command of the Norwegian and English language, both written and oral
• You are service-minded and positive
• You are structured, eager to learn and can adapt easily
