AutoStore is now looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global HR organization. We are recruiting talents across disciplines and locations at a rapid pace and are therefore in need of a dedicated recruiter to lead our sourcing and recruitment efforts. As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will gain knowledge from a highly technological business with a truly international perspective.


We are looking for a candidate to lead our resourcing and recruitment process - from developing brand and attraction campaigns, building high quality talent pools, to sourcing and selection. You will work alongside our HR Business Partners, supporting our managers with their recruitment needs, and play a vital role in securing capacity and talent for the future.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on their respective recruitment needs
  • Manage the recruitment process, and guide managers in their hiring decision through a competency based approach
  • Support managers in interviews and manage the assessment process including psychometrics, aptitude tests and other relevant tools for candidate assessment
  •  Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across digital platforms to secure a high quality talent pool
  • Accountable for delivery against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience
  • Follow up all resourcing activities in the ATS system, create reports, and analyze and detect improvement needs
  • Manage and actively engage with relevant stakeholders on decisions for sourcing, and soliciting 3rd party recruitment support as appropriate, globally.
  • Accountable for briefing 3rd agencies, agreeing on terms and follow-up on process/progress, and assuring AutoStore receives a high quality service from our external suppliers

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education Bsc/Msc within HR, leadership and organization
  • Experience with sourcing and recruitment
  • Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms
  • Good experience with effective selection techniques and psychometric tools is preferable
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing recruitment campaigns and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
