WORKPLACE INFORMATION

We are now looking for fearless team members with high integrity, who have respect for the culinary profession, are development-oriented and always at the forefront. 

An employee at Ghostbastards must see the guests' needs before they arise and solve all challenges with a smile. We want people who have an inner motivation to provide real service from the heart, who love people and who want to create memorable moments through the food we serve.

In order for us to achieve our high goals together, we are looking to fill several positions with high professional ambitions.

Chef/ Head chef:

-Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

-Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.

-Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.

-Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.

-Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.

-Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.

-Stock inventory and supplies.

-Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

-Set up Planday

Requirements:

You need to speak English fluently, fluency in a Scandinavian language is appreciated.

You need to be energetic, courageous and enthusiastic.

You are flexible, work well under stress and have a professional and personal approach to colleagues and guests.

You can refer to and document previous experience within the hospitality and/ or service industry.

You are a team player and want to promote unity in the kitchen.
