QHSE engineer? Have a look!

Are you a skilled QHSE engineer with experience from the norwegian oil & gas industry?Then we might just have the right job for you!

Time frame:

• Start, asap
• End 30th June 2022

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years work experience in oil & gas field.
• Experience with implementation and maintenance of management systems certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Internal auditor training is required as a minimum. Lead auditor training is a plus.
• Experience with root cause analysis techniques and implementing incremental improvements.
• Familiarity with basic LEAN tools.
• Familiarity with Norwegian HSE regulations related to industry work.
• Strong Quality background.
• Self-motivated to manage and complete tasks as agreed.
• Good communication skills, including fluency in both Norwegian and English.

Work tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Risk assessments
• HSE induction of visitors
• Follow-up 5S
• Chemical management system updates
• Safety inspections
• Quality Plans, creation and updates
• Follow-up annual QHSE Activity Plan
• QHSE input for local and regional meetings
• QHSE follow-up of sub-contractor KPI’s and performance
• Monitor and update local QHSE management systems
• Monitor results from oil separator
• Support continuous improvement work
• NCR & Claim management, including observations and OFI’s
• Internal audits
• Perform QHSE subcontractor audits
• Support external audits of Vallourec as required
• Manage Management of Change processes as required
• Support regional office with local transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001
• Support regional Q and HSE departments with implementation of updates to the management systems.
