Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a committed and motivated Partnership Manager who will be based in Oslo and work towards the Swedish market. This person will be a key role for Otovo's partnership strategy. The person will work closely with the General Manager and Head of Marketing in Scandinavia. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting the market and reach out to potential partners.
  • Recruit and build our Swedish partnership portfolio.
  • Design new partnership models.
  • Draft, negotiate and close contracts with new partners.
  • Ensure a good relationship with existing partners.
  • Develop creative concepts, to ensure that both Otovo and our partners get the most of our partnership.
  • Follow-up and execute on short- and long-term plans/campaigns with partners to get more leads.
  • Partner closely with central functions, like marketing and sales.
  • Continuously analyze results and report on performance of our partners.


Essential Experience

  • Must be fluent in Swedish, and proficient in English.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably with B2B exposure
  • Previous successful experience of driving leads, preferably with B2B exposure.
  • A continuous track record of achieving ambitious KPIs.

  • Passion for renewable energy and ability to quickly build and understand the energy ecosystem and the business opportunities from the current changes in it.
  • Entrepreneurial, high-paced and ability to get things done, strong business-oriented mindset and able to deliver results.
  • Strong teamwork and people skills.
