Telia Digital Channels are looking for a new Scrum Master to join us for an exciting journey ahead. This is a great opportunity if you love working in cross-functional teams, and by doing so influencing the business and customer journeys in our value streams.

We are currently looking for you who are ready to take on the responsibility in leading the agile team in learning and applying Scrum to achieve business value.

Who are we?

Telia is on a journey towards becoming the New Generation Telco. In the Digital Channels department, this means continuously working towards more efficient IT solutions, building in-house competence, continuing our ongoing DevOps journey as well as challenging our way-of-working.

I am Roberto Carrera, and I am proudly heading the Consumer Digital Channels teams for Telia brand. We are responsible for the customer-facing portals, apps and websites that our customers use for self-service every day.

The demand for efficient, safe and user-friendly solutions is ever increasing, and we are looking for a talented scrum masters with the right attitude to join our teams and contribute to building our culture on the exciting journey ahead of us.

Who are you?

You are passionate about technology. In this position as a Scrum Master, you will help Telia Norway MinSide team to monitor and resolve impediments that may arise during the team's development process and will engage with the Product Owner to drive product success. We never settle with comfortable solutions, and neither do you. You are people skilled and great at working in cross-functional and virtual teams with people from other parts of the organisation.

We think you

• are a servant leader with solid knowledge of continuous improvement, empowerment and transparency
• are familiar with Agile development techniques - Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Pair programming etc.
• have conflict management skills with good techniques to build trust
• stakeholder management skills
• thrive when working in a fast-paced environment, rooted in agile methodologies
• are self-driven with the ability to work towards a common goal without micro-management
• are familiar with DevOps culture is a plus

Your experiences

• Scrum Master certified
• 5+ years of experience managing projects following Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with creating DevOps team metrics is a plus but not mandatory
• Good technical skills that allow you to understand the language of the developers
• Excellent skills with Jira and Confluence

We think it's an advantage, but not a requirement that:

• You have understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• YOu understand the advantages of high-performance teams
