Are you passionate about creating a great candidate experience? Eager to be part of a brand new HR-team, where you will be given the main responsibility for our recruitment pipe?


New Normal Group is on a mission to develop growth companies that chase the new normal of their industry. We found, co-found, invest in and incubate growth companies that utilizes software and technology to redefine business models. We are passionate about developing our people and the technologies created by them.

We hired more than 20 people to our group companies last year, and the growth continues in 2021 and beyond. We’re looking for a technical recruiter to help us keep up with the pace and secure strong talent funnels for the future.

As our technical recruiter, you’ll be an important part of our new HR team currently being built. Our aim is to rethink HR and build strong candidate- and employee experiences for the future.


Things you get to have fun with as a technical recruiter with us:

Our focus is on creating the best possible candidate journeys. As our technical recruiter, you’ll get to weigh in on this through focusing on:

  • Recruitment A-Z of technical staff to our group companies
  • Build and maintain strong talent funnels
  • Influence our recruitment strategies; including choice of channels, screening processes and interviews
  • Create content and communication strategies to maximize the candidate experience
  • Preboarding and onboarding of candidates in cooperation with the rest of the HR-team
  • Help develop relevant KPIs to measure and maximize our recruitment efforts
  • Recruitment to other types of positions may be required, as well as some general HR-tasks


You ideally bring the following to our team:

  • A relevant educational background or relevant experience
  • A few years of experience from IT/tech recruitment, ideally internationally
  • Or maybe you've held a technical role yourself, and now wish to use your experience in a new area?
  • Technical understanding, to the point where you can screen candidates for the recruitment process
  • A good understanding of different recruitment channels and their unique potential for targeting different tech positions
  • The ability to speak and write English on a professional level

  • Is passionate about the candidate journey
  • Has a well-developed understanding of digital recruitment channels and stays updated on technical roles and responsibilities
  • Dares to challenge the status quo, to be able to hire the right competence and profiles for the future
