Our Process & Safety, HVAC department in Fornebu is now looking for a HVAC Area Designer.

What will you be doing?

You will be working with design and development of HVAC systems as part of the engineering group involved in all phases of engineering design projects. An important aspect of this role is the coordination and interface with internal and external customers and being responsible for ensuring the implementation of the system details in the total area model/design.

• Design and development of HVAC systems within a complex installation (platform, FPSO, land plant, etc)
• Use of 3D design tool E3D
• Development of layout and arrangement drawings
• Interface and cooperation with other project team members, subcontractors/vendors and client personnel, as necessary

We think you should have:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years' relevant experience with project area engineering of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of relevant ISO and Norsok standards
• Collaborative skills with the ability to work in an international environment with a multicultural team
• Good communication skills
• A drive for developing your expertise
• A focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• A technical and analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness
• HMS mindset
