Are you a professional about to graduate during the summer of 2021? We are looking for someone who would like to start their career in Oda! As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of the People team, also working closely attached to our visionary Product & Tech team of 100+ people, with ambitious plans to grow. You will work in a talent team where we aim to build a world-class talent acquisition organisation raising the bar for attracting, recruiting and keeping the best talent there is, both locally and globally. We’re growing rapidly as a company, and have huge ambitions for recruiting, scaling up and continuously improving our team in the coming years to reach our company goals. What is a Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • A Talent Acquisition Partner Identifies, attracts, assess and hires the best talent out there. You follow up, develop and improve related processes and support management in related talent acquisition matters.
  • You will screen applications, complete initial screening interviews, follow the candidate safely throughout the process and be a part of the feedback, decline or offer-process.
  • You’ll be encouraged to proactively network with talent who may be relevant for us in the future
  • You’ll be involved in employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • You’ll be involved in discussions on talent acquisition planning
  • You’ll work closely with hiring managers within a specific discipline and be their trusted advisors in talent acquisition (Examples of disciplines: Software engineering, UX-design, Data & Insights, Growth, Product management, People, New markets, Business development or other).
  • You’ll build and conduct first class, best practice recruitment processes.


Over time, when you’ve mastered the attraction and recruiting part of the role, you’ll be involved in projects such as:

  • Onboarding and retention projects
  • Culture and “best place to work” strategies and implementation
  • The TA partners role also makes room for raising awareness, developing strategies and starting projects in people-related areas together with the people team and management


We look for someone who:

  • Has a degree in human resources, marketing, tech, design, product, or equivalent.
  • Will graduate during spring/summer of 2021, and are ready to start your career in june, august or september.
  • Has knowledge about talent acquisition from the academic world, voluntary work, internships or part time work.
  • Has experience in recruiting through search, networks and/or referrals.
  • Has experience working in an ATS system (we use Lever) and knowledge about Linkedin as a recruiting tool.
  • Has fluency in English


We believe you have knowledge of recruiting, but we are open minded about how you have gained this knowledge. It's a large plus if you are interested in tech, business and start-ups.

In this role, you will be trusted with tasks you might feel is more than you know today. We know you will use the team and surrounding colleagues to solve any problem that comes your way. We are a ‘learning by doing (and failing)’ culture. You will of course receive training, but you will find yourself quickly up and running with operative tasks.
