As an Internal Sales Specialist you will be Responsible for sales coordination of products, systems and services within a designated market in accordance with our strategy. You will build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. As an Internal Sales Specialist you will prepare and coordinate customer offers, orders and after-sales support activities. In this role you will cover the whole cycle from “Quote to Cash”


Main Responsibilities: 

· Customer relations - Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, systems and services offering and align to provide a solution.

· Order handling - Delivering effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue. This will also include monitoring status of orders, inquiry resolution and support for any necessary escalation to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Sales and offer presentation - Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals. Prepare offers in coordination with the Bid & Proposal department and/or the External Sales.

 

Background:

· Technical/Polytechnic education or Bachelor-degree, in automation, electrical, IT, sales / marketing or other relevant skills that complement the requirements for the job.

· Early career starter, with at least three years of Internal Sales relevant experience.

· You must enjoy working in an international environment and motivated to build internal and external relationships and networks.

· You are a team player; however you must also be able to work independently.

· You have good experience in Order Management tools, such as SAP, Sales Force (SFDC) and have good communication skills in Norwegian and English.  

· Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Be ambitious, creative and customer oriented.

· Must thrives in a hectic environment and be able to work structured and targeted.

· Flexible, patient and positive.
