We may have set sail almost 130 years ago, but our company feels more like a start-up. We are on an exciting journey of transformation, and we need more hands on deck. We are looking for a new and passionate E-mail Marketing Specialist to develop our Global CRM program and newsletters to convert, engage and retain our customers. You will be part of our Global CRM team, and will have global responsibility for e-mail marketing, lead generation and GDPR. You will work closely with local markets, our Content team and our Own Channels teams.

Duties and responsibilities

Utilize inspirational content for our destinations, products and brands through e-mail marketing and newsletter operation in Nordic and APAC
Manage end-to-end creation of e-mail campaigns covering creation, copywriting, QA, testing, launching and reporting
Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns to increase newsletter and agent newsletter base
Plan and build automated e-mail programs across the customer lifecycle/agent lifecycle
Drive and facilitate for optimizing key metrics through iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through messaging and targeting
Edit, optimize, and troubleshoot responsive HTML email templates
Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign and program performance and results
Lead and coordinate GDPR initiatives

Qualifications

Master´s/Bachelor´s Degree within Finance, Marketing or similar
1 years of experience from an e-mail marketing tool – preferable Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems
1 years of experience from a CRM organization
Passion for e-mail marketing
Excellent writing skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Competence in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a plus.
