For our growing Wireline group, we are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator, reporting directly to the Senior HR Advisor. The main purpose of this role is to provide support and ensure proper utilization of offshore personnel in our Wireline operations.

Key responsibilities 
  • Contribute to efficient operation through good personnel planning and cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Develop and improve routines regarding personnel management
  • Recording in the absence system
  • Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
  • Assist with HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage timesheets and travel expenses according to tariff
  • Liaise with payroll department
  • Maintenance of training matrix according to regulatory, customer and internal requirements
  • Maintain and develop rotation system.

Qualifications / Experience 
  • A minimum of a bachelor degree is required. Relevant disciplines are business administration, law, economics, political science and management. Experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in similar role.
Personal skills
  • Key skills for this function are order, overview, and structure, good ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a positive and courteous behavior.
  • Fluent in English oral and written
  • High integrity to business compliance
