Do you have any experience within IT Support?

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize requests
• Support users at various manufacturing sites
• Ensure satisfaction with the service given to users
• Perform stains assigned to the telephone system
• Perform advices of the computer procedures
• Proceed with the installation and configuration of computer stations
• Update inventory in all sites
• Irregular working hours, evenings and weekends required occasionally
• Other related tasks

Initial training required:

• Attestation of College Studies (A.E.C.) or College Degree (D.E.C.), Network Management or other relevant experience

Experience required:

• Two years of experience in IT system management and customer service

Skills required:

• Excellent knowledge of network management principles
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows server 2008-2012-2016
• Knowledge of Terminal server and basic knowledge of virtualization (an asset)
• Knowledge of Cisco products seen as an asset
• Knowledge of Cisco IP telephony seen as an asset
• Knowledge from the Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure with short delays
• Advanced English
• Sense of analysis, resourcefulness and judgment
• Good communication skills and ease of teamwork
