Olivia was started with a genuine love of Italy and Italian cuisine, focusing on authentic ingredients and the pleasure of sharing a meal with friends and family. We work every day to be, not only a great experience for our guests, but also a great place to work for all.
We are looking for chefs and pizzabakers to join a modern progressive kitchen with high standards, and focus on quality in every step. We are quite busy in a normal world – so you need to be be able to, and like to work in a fast pace when needed.
We recruit for the spring and summer-season now for our restaurants in Oslo.

We look for candidates with the following qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years experience from a professional Italian restaurant/pizzeria with high pace
- You are structured, clean and organized
- You are able to work independently as well as being a very good team player
- You are enthusiastic, service minded and willing to learn
- You have a "yes-I-can" attitude

Olivia opened the doors for the first time at Aker Brygge in 2006 with an ambition to offer the best flavors from Italy. The menu that is the core of all Olivia restaurants is stone oven baked, thin, crispy pizza, classic pasta dishes and antipasti. We provide the best Italian produced commodities and wine from smaller, family-run producers in Italy.
All Olivia restaurants are unique and inspired by our Italian favorite cities, and in our restaurants - you will feel at home, and still be able to dream away to Italy. We have grown to be quit a big family, with restaurants in all the big cities of Norway, in Sweeden you will find us in Gothenburg and Stockholm and we are heading for the capital of Finland, Helsinki.
