Technical Analyst Emissions - Greenpact Rigs / Greenpact Ships

Greenpact Rigs is our analytical data and modelling product which tracks emissions from all offshore drilling rigs around the world. Greenpact Rigs has recently been launched to our clients, and it is imperative that it delivers value to our clients by meeting and exceeding their current and future expectations.

Greenpact Ships is our analytic data and modelling product which tracks emissions from specific shipping segments around the world. The product is currently in development and will be launched mid 2021. 

 As our Technical Analyst Emissions, you will monitor relevant market trends and movements, whether they are related to technology, politics, business, or financials. You then convert your insight and findings into value for our clients as better products and services.

Technical Analyst Emissions - Greenpact Rigs

We believe you are meant for this job if you have a college or university degree, preferably with elements of data- and/or computer science. We would like that you have some relevant work experience, but this is not a requirement. You need, however, to be competent with analysis and reporting, combined with having a passion for digging into details, data gathering and putting it all together as meaningful information. To perform well, it is required to be fluent with relevant digital tools and have excellent English oral and written communication skills. Finally, we desire that you have an interest for the international offshore rig market and sustainability trends.

Main responsibilities:

• Study and dissect ESG reports to understand goals, status, and action plans of companies, organisations, nations and other stakeholders
• Write news articles/blogs for our Greenpact Rigs web portal
• Help keeping the rigs emissions databases up to date
• Identify and establish new contacts within the industry, be it operational, technical, financial etc.
• Feed market intelligence into the Esgian product portfolio
• Drive profitable revenue growth through extensive understanding of market needs and requirements to solve customer challenges
