Noroff Vocational School seeks new staff in Digital Marketing. You will collaborate closely with a highly competent team in delivering our Digital Marketing study program, and we are looking for candidates that have excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as relevant work experience.

You are interested in practical applications of technology, and have experience with search engine optimization, development, operating and optimizing digital ad campaigns. Manage and develop websites, establishing profiles and presence in social media, and analysis of achieved results is central.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teaching, engaging, and inspiring students and staff through both classroom and online delivery.
• Contribute to development of required teaching material for both classroom and online delivery
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of existing courses
• Develop and run practical assessments and ensure adequate feedback to students
• Foster and maintain contact with the industry sector at a local level
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and students through internal networks and the sharing of ideas and information

Skills and Qualifications you must have:

• Relevant Bachelors degree, or two year vocational education
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience within the field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Experience with digital ad management systems (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads etc)
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Data Studio, Google Analytics etc.

Skills and qualifications we wish that you have

• Pedagogic competence / teacher qualification
• Teaching / instructor / tutor experience
• Experience from designing, developing and implementation of curriculum
• Formal pedagogical background. We offer pedagogical training if necessary
• Knowledge and understanding of Higher Education
