Senior Specialist Digitalisation

The Digital Finance unit is part of Financial reporting, accounting and digital finance department. The unit supports CFO functions across geographies and business areas.

Main responsibilities include:

• Develop a digitalisation strategy for the CFO area, including the Group ERP strategy
• Deliver digitalisation projects enabling efficient operations within the staff and business areas
• Enable competence building within digitalisation and ERP system

Key technologies and focus areas are: SAP S/4HANA (ongoing implementation project), UIPath (RPA), SAP Analytics Cloud (visualisation), Celonis (process mining) and several solutions within advanced analytics.

The role will report to Head of Digital Finance and will be located at the main office at Lysaker, Oslo.

Your role:

• Develop and maintain roadmap of digital initiatives within the CFO area
• Develop and maintain CFO organisation digital competence framework
  • Deliver and support solutions within analytics, Business intelligence (BI), Robotics Process automation (RPA) and process mining.
  • Support CFO organisation on specific projects/activities 

Your profile:

• Education in one or several of Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar.
• Previously working experience as controller/analyst in a global company or working as a consultant in these areas.
• Enjoy working in an international team and environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Interest in understanding and keep up to date on external digital opportunities/trends and how that can contribute to improve Statkrafts performance
• Project management or project stream lead experience
• Critical solution driven thinker with continuous learning and development attitude
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Team player with the ability to work individually and in teams with very good communication skills
• Good understanding of end-to-end processes
• Experience in application of change management
• Ability to understand and manage a modern complex IT infrastructure, applications and services
• Business Intelligence/analytical mindset
• Strong visualisation capabilities/design thinking
