An experienced Cost Controll?

Job Description

• Cost Breakdown Structure updating according to existing cost estimates.
• Support Well  Engineers with AFE preps and monitor and analyze cumulative spend
• Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements.
• Updating of procurement and contract plans.
• Support on ensuring that Service Companies have correct contractual coverage in terms of service agreements and call off/purchase orders to allow work to be expedited
• Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements
• Performing earned value analysis.
• Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems (supported by software tools).

Qualifications Requirements

• Master/Bachelor degree in a relevant subject, economical degree
• +5 years of cost control experience, +3 years oil & gas experience
• SAP, MS Project, Excel. ERP systems know-how.
• Technical knowledge
• Economics General: Economics, Economics Planning, and Control, Cost estimating/budgeting/cost analysis/control.
• Contracting: Def. of Contract Strategy, Variations, and Claim Resolution
• Organization Processes: Project Management process
• Project Management: Prep. of Dev. Program & Budget,
• Close-Out Report Preparation, Cost control - Budgeting
