Arbeidsoppgaver
The position is onsite at our customers location and will involve supporting a large number of users on the telephone, e-mail, chat, and online ticketing tool.Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
- German is your native language
- Not a requirement, but an advantage that you also speak and write Norwegian
- You are service minded and feel good about helping users
- You have experience from service desk
- You are passionate about the IT profession and want to learn more
