Arbeidsoppgaver

The position is onsite at our customers location and will involve supporting a large number of users via telephone, e-mail, chat, and online ticketing tool.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Dutch is your native language
Not a requirement, but an advantage that you also speak and write Norwegian
You are service minded and feel good about helping users
You have experience from service desk
You are passionate about the IT profession and want to learn more
