Our Mechanical Department in Kristiansund is now looking for a Mechanical Discipline Lead.

What will you be doing?

• Key role in developing our people and their knowledge in the mechanical department
• Work with engineering design standards
• Perform in multidiscipline team works in complex projects
• Be exposed for various project phases

We think you should have:

• Good interpersonal and leader skills
• Relevant Master or Bachelor degree
• Ability to analyze and understand complex challenges
• Ability to work independently
• Thrive on working and delivering in teams
