We are seeking a highly talented individual to provide company wide strategic data analysis. You will be working with all functional departments and administration to collect, clarify, and translate data into meaningful outcomes. Your goal is to improve our processes, products and services through data analysis and data driven decision making. 

Combining hard skills like programming, data modelling and statistics with soft skills like communication, analytical thinking and problem solving – you are a key enabler in turning our strategy into reality and our potential into results. 

Responsibilities:

• Defining data needs: How to get the required data and from where
• Establish systems to ensure correct company data acquisition and storage
• Extract, explore and transform data available in and to the company
• Be instrumental in KPI development in all parts of the company, ensuring strategy alignment and measurability
• Select and maintain tools for data visualization to key stakeholders in the company
• Provide input to strategic planning framework
• Monitor analytics and metrics results

Desired skills:

• At least one programming language – R, Python or C#
• Statistics and data analysis
• Data modelling
• Data warehousing
• Business analysis
• Expert knowledge of relevant tools, like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, PowerQuery
• Data visualization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, mathematics, management or in a related field
• 3+ years experience as business controller, data analyst or -scientist
• Background in strategy development and alignment, data driven decision making and KPI design 
• Complete fluency in English, additional language skills preferred
