e-Learning Content Designer

For our Client we are searching for candidates responsible for delivering high quality training to employees, including classroom courses, various forms of e-learning and learning deliveries. 

Responsibilities include creation of digital content, working on the design and development of creative content and using a wide range of software and innovative solutions.

You will be part of a highly motivated team where you will be working with your colleagues to create, publish, edit and maintain a wide range of digital content.

Suitable candidates should have a graphical design background and possess relevant digital media skills. Competence within gaming, animations, 2D/3D graphics, web design and social media marketing will be regarded as a benefit.

This is a temporary position from May until end of December 2021. 

Competences for this role include:

• Ability to work with different development tools, such as (former experience not necessarily required):
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Storyline
  • iSpring Suite
  • Voiceover applications
• Translate written instruction to visual design
• Demonstrate creative initiative and attention to detail
• Strong design skills
• Good project and time management skills
• Good teamworking skills
• Managing and prioritizing workflows to ensure delivery on time and on budget

Beneficial background and skills:

• Design and layout best practice
• Effective application of brand guidelines
• SCORM requirements
• FLASH limitations / resolution of FLASH related issues
• HTML5 capabilities
• Different device and browser technologies and requirements for delivering online content
• Effective project management approaches to enable in budget and on time deliverables

We’d like you to have:

• Experience with and interest for development of learning material
• Experience with a variety of different software tools
• Experience from the gaming world
• An exceptional eye for effective design
