Highsoft is looking for Chief Marketing Officer

About the Position

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be overall responsible for marketing Highsoft`s products. You will be responsible for developing an overall marketing strategy for Highsoft and work with improving lead generation and communication with existing and new customers. As CMO you will lead and develop a team of three capable marketing specialists and work closely together with the rest of the management team to develop the company towards Highsoft`s vision and targets. The position will report to the CEO and be a part of the management team. The position can be located in Vik i Sogn, Bergen or Oslo. 
 

Responsibilities

As CMO you will be central in the further development of Highsoft. You will have a broad interface with other departments, especially Sales and Tech. The position will work closely with Sales to identify and develop partnerships with sustainable channel partners and other international distribution partners.  

The CMO will have the overall responsibility for all marketing activities including;

• Highsoft`s international marketing strategy
• Refine value proposition and unique selling points for our products/services
• Brand management and product marketing management
• Digital marketing, communication and customer events
• Lead generation and conversion to sales, with own target KPIs
• In cooperation with Sales and Tech refine customer segmentation & insights 
• Market and competitor analysis

Requirements and personal qualities

• Good leadership skills
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within communication and digital marketing
• Business mindset, customer orientation and understanding of the software industry
• International background and fluency in English and Norwegian
• Structured, ability to prioritize and establish good processes
• Higher education
