Job Description:
- Previous experience from the UBN network
- Strong analytical understanding, preferably education that includes statistics and economics
- Knowledge of analysis tools
- Knowledge of KornFerry's job evaluation methodology and JEM
- Knowledge of KornFerry's salary statistics and database
- Strong experience in the Comp & Ben subject area
- Good structure and clear communication skills
- Good knowledge in excel
- Ability to see and understand issues across the company and in a larger perspective
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc/MSc or equivalent. Long experience can replace formal education.
- Strong experience with Korn Ferry Hay job evaluations on company level and position levels
- Strong cooperation and communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- HSEQ focus
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and agreements
