A skilled HSE Advisor?

Job Description

• Follow up HSEQ programme and Supervisory plans.
• Coordinates overall input for the delivery of Applications for discharge and Consent.
• Ensures that relevant HSE studies and assessments needed for the drilling operation are carried out.
• Conduct safety assessments.
• Coordinates implementation and frequent review of Management Systems relevant to drilling operation.
• Support in the delivery of HSEQ performance.
• Follow up drilling incident data collection and submission to company Management, participation in incident investigations and assistance in HSE alerts preparation and overall lessons learnt between the assets and externally.
• Coordinate HSE training.
• Ensure compliance to Norwegian Legislation and Corporate standards & processes related to HSEQ.
• Assist in rig intake processes and follow up on the results.
• Ensure that all Hazards and Risks have been identified, assessed and actions implemented to eliminate or reduce these.
• Participate in and facilitate complex risk assessments relevant to the operation and involved assets.
• Provides HSE support in Drilling & Completion activities, SIMOPS activities etc with documentation, training, controls and interfaces.
• Support and quality assure risk management process within drilling and wells.
• Support Asset in keeping risk register updated and relevant

Qualifications Requirements

• Master/Bachelor in Engineering/HSE related subject or equivalent.
• 4-5 years’ experience 
• Experience within HSE/or technical safety of fixed or floating offshore installations, including mobile offshore units
• Offshore basic safety training
• Emergency preparedness
• Synergi™ user
• Safe job analysis
• Regulatory requirements
• Incident investigation
