Job Description

Establish and maintain accounting structures in SAP
Monthly reporting in PIMS
Establish work program and yearly budget for the project - Prepare economic reports from SAP
Ensure contract accounting
Follow up of the contract during the contract period, and attend monthly meetings
Ensure consistency between contractors forecast and overall project estimate
Ensure invoice administration - Support in updating of Manpower Projection Plan (MPP)
Participate in half-yearly CCE Baseline updates - Coordinate input to monthly Cash-Call and accruals
Cost and progress control including forecasting and analysis
Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and good working processes within the project, controllers and with other relevant functions

Qualification Requirements

Excellent knowledge of SAP and PIMS
Proactive, analytical and solution oriented
Organized, structured and hands-on and having passion for details
High ethical standards
Cooperative and highly flexible attitude, with an adaptable approach to assignments
Ability to work independently
Solution and result oriented, curious
Pro-active and structured
