We are seeking an experienced digital marketing manager
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing manager, with a focus in performance marketing, who will be responsible for driving lead generation across paid media channels. This passionate paid media expert will be hands-on in planning, developing and executing all media buys and must deliver against aggressive goals.
This is a key role in accelerating the growth of Decisions internationally.
The ideal candidate should be both analytical and creative, with an understanding of performance data. Success candidates will be driven by an internal sense of urgency and thrive in fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the entire paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimize ROI (ROAS).
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product Marketing to execute always-on campaigns, identify testing opportunities and provide feedback on market response.
- Lead campaign launches, optimization, and reporting inclusive of creative, campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Lead and measure performance across an always-on portfolio of paid channels and execute ad hoc strategic campaigns with separate goals and budgets, as needed.
- Manage paid search, affiliate/content syndication, and paid social with the goal of driving cost-effective, high quality leads.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
- Work through automation, tagging, and data integrity issues with cross functional partners in Product and Engineering, as needed.
- Build out tracking and reporting to monitor and optimize performance.
- Provide input into the website design and development, specifically managing the website landing page strategy and optimization.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing paid media; B2B or software preferred
- Experience with the suite of Google tools (Display Network, Adwords, Tags, Analytics), Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, among others
- Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Data- driven, strategic, results-oriented and a clear communicator
- General familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 a plus
- Good understanding of ABM strategies and platforms is a plus
This role will report to the CMO.
