What’s the job?

We're looking for an additional UX designer and preferably a graphic designer as well. Or someone who love doing both. As well as digital design for mobile and web.

Skills and experience

Ideally, you have experience with:

• UX/UI design
• Branding
• Design for web
• Design for APP
• Marketing design
• Tools such as Figma/Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other tools for working with animations, prototypes, workflows and presentations
• User testing, analytical tools and gaining user insights
• Working with user experience at a conceptual level as well as caring about pixel perfection

Be part of an awesome team

You will be working closely with developers, stakeholders and content creators on a daily basis. While certainly not a requirement, it's a plus if you also have some software development experience. We believe in working in a cross-functional manner, so if you like programming, you will certainly get to do that as well.

What it's like to work with us

We work in flexible sprints using the Scrum framework. We use Gitlab and Discord as communication tools, where some of us work from home. In the sprint teams, we maintain a flat structure, where we promote knowledge and growth by sharing information and expertise across the disciplines. We have regular quick meetings throughout the day where we update each other on the tasks at hand and challenges that may arise.

In our new offices at the center of Trondheim, we often meet for group assignments and fun. We arrange workshops where we plan our next steps as a company and make sure everyone is on the same page. For us, community and team building is absolutely essential, which is why we like to arrange social events outside working hours on a regular basis.
