- Lead our Expertise Cluster Networks, an international team of dedicated networks specialists in our matrix organisation
- Drive growth and expansion of our market position in Networks, with main focus on Europe but also opportunities in the Middle East, China and South-East Asia
- Be the driving force for new service development in cooperation with experts in Management Consulting as well as in other divisions in AFRY
- Be active on external platforms and contribute to building AFRY’s brand in the sector
Qualifications:
- Master in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- You will most likely have extensive experience (10 years +) from the network sector, with background from DSO/TSO, management consulting, energy companies, sector-oriented vendors especially within digitalisation, or from authorities.
- International experience is appreciated.
- You have the ability to think out of the box and to connect challenges and opportunities in the energy sector
- You have demonstrated excellent leadership skills and capacity to manage work in complex organisations
- You have strong communication skills and have experience from to navigating in a network organization
- You have a strong network in the sector, preferably also internationally
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish) and English. German required for candidates that would prefer location in Germany or Austria.
