Through scanning of documents CogiDocs assists organizations to make important, but difficult work processes, more efficient. Our customers save time, money and space through electronic handling of invoices and other documents. CogiDocs has cooperated with customers and vendors to develop solutions that integrate scanned documents to a wide variety of work flows. The company was bought by Visma in 2010 and from 2016 became part of Azets AS. CogiDocs Group headquarters are located in Røyrvik, Norway, but the position offers a high degree of flexibility and you can be located/work from almost anywhere within the Nordic countries. 

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. As a global company, located both in the Nordics and in the UK this role offers a wide range of new experiences. 

The role will be broad, interesting and it offers the opportunity to influence your own working day. The right candidate for the job is dedicated to learning and understanding our business model, and also understands that sales is hard, but satisfying work. We are looking for someone who is motivated to contribute to developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Our products specializes in digital document management, data capture and response processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new customer prospects
  • Arrange and conduct customer meetings
  • Produce offers based on the customers needs
  • Follow up offers till contract is signed
  • Follow up and take care of partners
  • Follow up sales reps in the country where the company is based
  • Create, participate and carry out marketing and sales activities
  • Reporting

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral Norwegian and good English communication skills
  • Experience from sales within the finance or/and accounting sector
  • Competitive instincts and the ability to be a strong team player
  • Structured, solution oriented, with the ability to create trusting relationships

This position will report to Managing Director or Group CEO, and is expected to cover a broad sales area for a growing company.

The position will be based in Norway, but location can be flexible. Some travel activities must be expected in certain periods.
