Description about task and responsibilities:
Material Management (MM) and Operational logistics Areas of responsibility:

Create and update Material Master and Equipment number for Subsea pool material
Create M5 notifications for first time registration of Subsea pool material
Execute tasks in M5 notifications, with regards to scraping, installation and dismantling of Subsea pool material
Administration and follow up of yearly stocktaking
Error correction in SAP
Coorporation with Subsea tool pool managers and discipline engineers with regards to Masterdata. Participate in maintenance and creation of existing and new logistics processes for Subsea pool material
Coorportaion with project managers in SUM SSP to ensure optimal logistics in mobilization of Subsea material to rig- and vessel operations
Participate in planning activities prior to mobilization to ensure that material in Master Equipment List (MEL) have correct status in SAP
Reserve and allocate subsea equipment from own and suppliers' inventories in SAP according to material Movement Tickets (MMT) from vendor
Ensure that logistics activities are conducted in a cost-effective, safe and sound manner
Coordinate communication between different units in Subsea and coast bases
Coordinate return of company owned equipment after completion of operation
Create internal and external quality notifications when required

Competence requirements:

Good SAP skills is required
Ability to work independently and structured
Professional attitude and high integrity

Language requirement: English
Contract period: 15.03.2021 - 31.03.2022
Option period: 2 x 6 months
Onshore - Sandsli
