HR Advisor

We are looking for a forward leaning and enthusiastic HR Advisor to come in and make an impact in an expanding and dynamic organization. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Updating of Company's policies and procedures in line with legislation 
• Development of routines and processes and participate in driving continuous improvement
• First point of contract for HR advise and guidance to employees and line managers
• Recruitment including on-boarding and off-boarding of employees 
• Assist and coordinate Compliance training programs
• Absence management
• General HR administration and participation in HR projects
• Liaise with occupational health provider and organize health checks

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or relevant subject 
• 2 -3 year relevant HR experience
• Good knowledge of Norwegian Employment Law
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Preferably fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken)
• Experience in writing procedures and reports
• Good knowledge of and interest in IT
