If so, we are looking for a motivated and pro-active Internal IT Supporter to join the IT Services team in our headquarters at Fornebu.

Your key responsibilities

As our new Internal IT Supporter, you will report to our IT Servicedesk manager. You will be an important part of the company as you need to deal directly with employees who have technical problems such as trouble with their email accounts, forgotten passwords, or internal systems. You will provide support via walk-ins, support, or by remote controlling.

You will be working closely together with a helpful support team located in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.

Requirements

To prosper in the role, we believe you have the following competencies:

  • 3-year work experience as an IT Supporter or similar
  • Fluent communication skills in Norwegian & English
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Exchange Admin Center
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Experience with user support
  • Basic Windows OS understanding
  • Basic Windows server understanding
  • Basic hardware knowledge
  • Experience in creating guides, documentation, etc.
  • Knowledge of Streaming Services
  • Eligible for Norwegian Security Clearance
