Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and creative professional with a background from marketing and communications within B2B, to join our team in a temporary position lasting 12 months!

As a Marketing Coordinator in Telenor Satellite, you will contribute to the execution of the Marketing and Communications plan and will ensure that undertaken activities support overall business objectives. You will coordinate various promotional activities and will assist in development and production of marketing materials. You will contribute to content creation for our digital and social media platforms, and will be responsible for analytics and reporting. In this role, you will be the key support contact for our sales team, and will be responsible for maintenance of our CRM system. The role will also focus on other marketing activities targeted towards our clients, prospects and other stakeholders. 

You will have the following responsibilities and tasks: 

• Coordinate production of digital and print marketing materials

• Contribute to development of our digital channels and coordinate social media activities:

- Content production, publication, analytics, reporting and optimization

- Support development and maintenance of our website & customer portal
- Updates, SEO, analytics and reporting

• Coordinate organization of internal and external events (live and digital)

• Manage company?s CRM system and regularly maintain our customer and contact database 

• Manage and update the department?s library on internal servers

• Support all other marketing activities initiated by Marketing and Communications as well as Sales departments

• Handle POs and invoices for all marketing activities 

• Some travelling must be expected in the role

We are looking for you that have the following qualifications:

• Completed BSc degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Management, or similar

• Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position in an international organization (High-tech /engineering /satcom/maritime industries are preferred)

• Solid understanding of B2B- , digital marketing- and content marketing strategies

• ?Hands-on? experience with product launches, marketing campaigns and events

• Proficiency in the use of the digital ?toolbox? for various CRM, SoMe, marketing and analytics platforms

• Solid experience in content creation and production (text, digital, photo, video)

• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and Norwegian

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Good knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot, SurveyMonkey, PhotoShop, InDesign or similar
